Rohit Bhat has a diverse work experience spanning several positions and companies. Rohit started their career at Electronic Data Systems in 2004 as a Quality Analyst, where they ensured quality metrics were met and provided corrective actions. Rohit then worked as a Business Analyst, Training & Transition, where they managed projects, gathered business requirements, and created training documentation.

In 2006, Rohit joined Mphasis as a Business Analyst, Workforce Management, responsible for maintaining an Enterprise Qualifications Catalog and managing various processes. Rohit later became a Manager Operations, overseeing client relationships, project management, and quality assurance. Rohit then served as a Senior Manager Operations, focusing on business management, project management, and client retention.

In 2015, Rohit joined Resilinc as a Director - Data, where they remained until 2018. During this time, they played a crucial role in handling data-related tasks. In 2018, they were promoted to Vice President - Process Operations, responsible for managing and overseeing process operations. Recently, in 2022, they were appointed as the VP of Marketing, where they lead the marketing efforts of the company.

Rohit Bhat holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Instrumentation from the University of Mumbai. Rohit also obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from Karnataka State Open University. Additionally, they have a certification in ITIL Foundations from PEOPLECERT.
