Ryan Pleskach is the Co-Founder & CEO at ResilienX. Prior to this, they served as a Program Manager in the Electronic Warfare Division at SRC, supporting development, manufacturing, and delivery for Counter Unmanned Aerial Systems (CUAS) equipment for United States Air Force. Ryan has also worked as an Emergency Management and Risk Mitigation Specialist at Booz Allen Hamilton, where they were responsible for executing monthly program management reviews (PMR) to support executive leadership across multiple accounts, addressing staffing challenges and program issues to achieve project budget and firm profit goals, and delivering enhanced business intelligence to FEMA Disaster Emergency Communications (DEC) Division by developing comprehensive statewide risk profiles (Annex). Ryan has also directed FEMA DEC Division in implementing technology roadmaps to overcome identified communication gaps while updating their technological capabilities and emergency response vehicles.

Ryan Pleskach's educational career began with a Bachelor of Science in Political Science with a Minor in Law Studies from Clarkson University. Ryan then went on to earn their Master of Arts in Emergency and Disaster Management from the American Public University System. Ryan is also certified by the International Association of Emergency Managers in CEM.
