Mark Saye currently serves as a Military Large Scale-Exercise Analyst at Wakelight Technologies, focusing on G3 Operations for the I Marine Expeditionary Force at Camp Pendleton, CA. In addition, Mark holds the positions of Chief Operating Officer and Vice President/Dean of Academics and Faculty for the Resilience-Building Leader Program since January 2019. Previously, Mark worked as a Military Large Scale-Exercise Analyst at Wakelight Technologies and held the role of Curriculum Developer and Manager at Obsidian Solutions Group LLC. With a distinguished career in the United States Marine Corps from March 1991 to November 2017, Mark has gained extensive experience serving in various operational and leadership capacities, including Infantry Officer and Infantry Small Unit Leader. Mark's educational background includes a PhD in Global Leadership and Change from Pepperdine University, a Master of Science in Business Administration from Boston University, a Bachelor's degree in Management from Park University, and a Graduate Certificate in Project Management from Boston University.
