Molly Horgan is a dedicated psychotherapist currently working at Resilience Lab since August 2023, after completing a Therapist Fellowship at the same organization from September 2022 to May 2023. Molly's experience includes a social work internship with the NYC Department of Housing Preservation & Development and roles in talent acquisition at Wonder and Roivant Sciences. Additionally, Molly has held positions as a business and technology analyst at Accenture Federal Services and as a public relations intern at Apple and LaunchSquad. Academically, Molly Horgan holds a Master of Social Work (MSW) from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Economics from Wellesley College, graduating Cum Laude. Early education was completed at Phillips Exeter Academy and through the School Year Abroad program.
