Matthew Gilbert serves as the Vice President of Sales at Resilite since May 2015, where responsibilities include collaborating with the CEO and the board of directors to develop and implement business strategies while setting annual revenue and product marketing goals. Previously, as the National Sales Manager, Matthew was promoted to the executive leadership team to create competitive business strategies and sales processes, leading a team of 45 sales professionals. Prior to Resilite, Matthew co-owned The Links at Hemlock Creek from April 2010 to July 2015, managing operations and implementing strategic standards for the golf course and restaurant. Matthew holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Rollins College and has pursued further education in Marketing Analytics at MIT and coursework at Liberty University and Semester at Sea.
