Liz Rowe serves as the Chief Operating Officer and Head of People at Re:signal since June 2017, where the organization focuses on attracting innovative and passionate individuals to join an award-winning team. Prior to this role, Liz operated as a Freelance Human Resource Manager and In-house Recruitment Specialist at Elizabeth Rowe Consultancy from October 2009 to March 2022. Earlier in the career, Liz held the position of Senior Learning and Development Specialist at Barclays from 2001 to March 2009. Liz Rowe completed education at Longfield Upper School.
