Joseph Egan is an experienced professional in the fields of residence management and customer service, currently serving as a Higher Executive Officer (Acting Up) and Executive Officer at the Residential Tenancies Board since September 2020. Prior to this role, Joseph worked at the National College of Ireland from April 2013 to December 2019 as a Conference and Accommodation Executive, managing on-campus student residences and commercial events, and served as a Residential Assistant while completing a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Design (Visual Communication) at Technological University Dublin from 2011 to 2015. Earlier experience includes a Customer Assistant position at Bridge House Hotel & Leisure Club from January 2008 to April 2013, where Joseph focused on customer satisfaction and problem resolution.
