Paola Miranda is an experienced healthcare professional with a strong background in nursing and case management. Currently serving as a Case Manager at Residential Home Health since December 2016, Paola has a proven track record of managing home care patients effectively. Prior to this role, Paola worked as a Clinical Case Manager at Heartland Home Care & Hospice from October 2015 to November 2016, continuing to focus on home care management. Earlier experience includes working as a Registered Nurse at SJMercy from April 2008 to August 2015, with responsibilities in the Step Down ICU and Geriatric Unit. Paola holds a Master in Nursing Education from Walden University and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Eastern Michigan University.
