Director Of Marketing Operations at Resident

Phil Matarese has a diverse work experience in the field of digital marketing. Phil is currently employed at Resident as the Director of Marketing Operations since September 2021. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Creative Performance, Growth Marketing from August 2019 to October 2021, and as a Growth Marketing and Content Marketing professional from December 2018 to August 2019.

Before joining Resident, Phil worked at Wholetone Media as the owner and Principal Digital Marketing Consultant. During their time there, they focused on delivering digital marketing strategy and execution with a special emphasis on digital marketing projects. Phil specialized in Content Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Performance, and Programmatic Marketing. Notably, they successfully executed a publicly traded SaaS Analytics company's on-boarding of DV360.

Earlier in their career, Phil was the Director of Programmatic & Strategic Accounts at Beanstock Media from August 2012 to February 2015. Phil also held multiple roles at AdBrite, including Senior Programmatic Business Development Manager, Senior Account Manager, and Account Associate. In these positions, they played a crucial role in the development of ad tech's real-time bidding (RTB, programmatic) advertising technology and managed a significant amount of digital marketing and advertising spend for various clients.

Phil Matarese received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Philosophy from the University of Delaware in 2003.
