Dianne Harrell has a background in operational strategies and legal compliance. Dianne is currently working as the Manager of Operational Strategies at Resident Interface since April 2019. Prior to this, they worked at Hunter Warfield as a Consumer Legal/Compliance Supervisor starting in August 2004. Before that, they served as a Paralegal at Weiner & Ryan from October 2003 to June 2004.

Dianne Harrell attended Everest University from 2006 to 2009, where they obtained an Associate of Arts degree in Paralegal Studies.
