Connor Kaminski has worked in the hospitality industry since 2010, starting as a Cashier/Barista/Line Cook at Panera Bread. Connor was later promoted to Trainer at the same establishment. In 2012, they started working as a Server at Clyde's Restaurant Group and was promoted to Top Gun, their training program. In 2014, they began working as a Server/Bartender at Cava Foods and was promoted to Bartender at the Rockville location. In 2016, they began working as an Extern at Graffiato, working on garde manger and wood oven stations. In 2018, they worked as a Line Cook at Uncle Boons and as a Cook at The NoMad Hotel New York. In 2020, they began working as a Chef De Cuisine at Nonna Carola Restorante & Bar, placing orders, managing and delegating a team to execute service and prep. Finally, in 2022, they began working as a Chef Operating Manager at Resident Hospitality, cooking and hosting events with residents, sous cheffing, and managing as an event lead.
Connor Kaminski attended The Culinary Institute of America from 2016 to 2017, where they earned a degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training. Prior to that, they attended Montgomery College from 2013 to present, where they are studying Business Administration and Management, General. Connor is additionally certified in ServSafe, which they obtained in February 2016, and is TIPS Certified.
