Joel Diaz has seven years of work experience, beginning with a role as a Java Developer at FDM Group in 2012. Joel then moved to Kuma Reality Games in 2013, where they worked as a Java Developer. In 2015, they joined Axxess as a Software Engineer. In 2017, they became a Software Developer at MentorTek, Inc. In 2019, they were a Software Engineer at iPhotonix. In 2020, they became an IT Computer Prof Specialist at NTT DATA Services. Most recently, in 2021, they began working as a VoD Engineer at Resi Media, LLC (formerly Living As One).

Joel Diaz attended SUNY Oneonta from 2008 to 2012, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Computer Science.
