Erinda Shehu has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and organizations. In 2013, Shehu began their career as the National Organizing Director at FWD.us, where they led a team of 50 in advocating for comprehensive immigration reform. Erinda played a key role in harnessing digital tools to grow the movement. Shehu was subsequently promoted twice during their time at FWD.us. In 2015, Shehu joined Cortico as an Advisor, working with the MIT Media Lab to build systems that foster constructive public dialogue. Shehu then moved to Facebook in 2017, where they served as the Head of Common Ground + Polarization in the Community Partnerships team. In this role, they led the Common Ground Collaborative and formed partnerships with various stakeholders to inform and shape product roadmaps. Erinda and their team launched integrity products and supported multiple programs aimed at reducing polarization and building empathy on Facebook. Most recently, in 2022, Shehu co-founded Reserv and assumed the role of Chief Operating Officer.
