Charlene Slapak Lambros, RN, MS, is a seasoned nursing professional with extensive experience in healthcare technology and informatics. Since April 2003, Charlene has served as the KP HealthConnect Inpatient Application Coordinator at Kaiser Permanente Information Technology, focusing on clinical documentation and patient education. Prior to this role, Charlene worked as a Nursing Systems Analyst at John Muir Medical Center, where implementation of the A4 Healthmatics ED application in a trauma center occurred. Additionally, Charlene held the position of Senior Business Consultant for Kaiser Permanente IT, specializing in the modeling of clinical concepts for Convergent Medical Terminology. Charlene began their career as a staff nurse in the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Nursing Informatics from the University of California, San Francisco, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Case Western Reserve University.
