Eric Michaud is an IT professional with extensive experience in technical support and systems analysis. Currently serving as an IT Solutions Analyst at Réseau de Santé Vitalité since November 2022, Eric previously held roles at Cadillac Fairview as a System Engineer and Senior Support Analyst, providing support for over 1500 internal users and managing building operating systems across Canada. Prior to that, Eric worked at Cogeco Peer 1 as a Senior Bilingual IT Analyst and has held various technical support positions at Ivanhoe Cambridge, Cancer Care Ontario, Aviva Canada, McCarthy Tetrault, CCH Canadian Limited, and Edmundston Regional Hospital. Eric holds a Diploma in Information System Specialist from CompuCollege, completed in 2005.
