Saarah M. is a seasoned user researcher with a robust background in user experience across various platforms. Currently serving as a Senior User Researcher at ResearchGate since May 2022, Saarah previously held roles at HERE Technologies from November 2015 to July 2021, advancing from User Researcher to Sr User Researcher, focusing on consumer products and agile testing methodologies. Prior experience includes a position as a Junior User Researcher at HERE, a Nokia business, where research techniques were applied to enhance automotive navigation systems. An internship as a Video Specialist for UX Development at Nokia UK involved analyzing user behavior to inform design teams.
