Kimberly Calafatis serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at Research Consultants International FDI, Inc. since January 2016, with a focus on recruitment, administration, compensation, training, and employee relations. Prior to this role, Kimberly held the position of Head of Customer Service at B. Kamins, where responsibilities included managing customer communications, logistics, and sales reporting from March 2014 to January 2016. Kimberly's experience extends to various roles in customer service and business development, including positions at Lantheus Medical Imaging, Garda Pre-Employment Screening, Chloe’s Canine Collection, and Giggles party store. Kimberly's academic background includes a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Art History from Concordia University, attained between 2006 and 2010, following studies at Dawson College from 2001 to 2005.
