Samuel Field has had several roles throughout their work experience. Samuel started their career at Integral Technologies, Inc./Tire Safety Systems LP as a Project Manager from 1988 to 1994. Samuel then joined Contraves Simulation and Training Systems as a Program Manager from 1994 to 1997. Samuel then moved to RTI International, where they served as Program Manager, various software and hardware products from 1997 to 1999, Business Unit Director, Technology Assisted Learning from 1999 to 2005, and Vice President from 2005 to 2011. Samuel then joined CAE as Vice President, Ground Training Systems, CAE USA from 2011 to 2013. Furthermore, Samuel returned to RTI International as Vice President, Electronics and Applied Physics from 2013 to 2015, then worked as Enterprise Risk Manager from 2016 to 2017. Samuel became Vice President and Chief Risk Officer at RTI International from 2018 to 2022 and is currently serving as Senior Vice President, Risk and Compliance.

Samuel Field earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Cornell University, attending from 1984 to 1987. Samuel then pursued a Masters of Business Administration with a focus on Finance, General at Loyola University Maryland, completing their studies from 1989 to 1993.
