R Diane Earp has a diverse and extensive work experience in the regulatory compliance field. R Diane held various senior-level positions in different companies and industries. From 2015 to the present, they have been the Vice President of Regulatory Compliance at RTI International, where they oversee quality assurance, regulatory affairs, records management, security, and compliance activities. Prior to that, from 2012 to 2015, they worked as an RAQA Consultant/Contractor, providing their expertise to medical device, biologics, and biopharmaceutical clients. From 2006 to 2011, they served as the Vice President of Corporate Quality Assurance & Regulatory Affairs at Talecris Plasma Resources and International BioResources, Inc., where they managed quality assurance, compliance, and regulatory affairs departments. Before that, they worked as a Subcontractor/Consultant in the regulated healthcare industry, providing regulatory approval support to various companies. R Diane also worked as the Director/Acting Vice President of Regulatory Affairs at TriPath Imaging, Inc and SAIC of Fredrick, where they provided regulatory expertise to NIH and an In Vitro Diagnostics Company. In addition, they have experience as a Clinical Teams Leader/Project Manager at IQVIA, Vice President of Quality Support Services at the Blood Center of Southeast Wisconsin, Director of Health Care Business Development at E-Systems Inc., and Director of Blood Services Quality and Regulatory Assessments at the American Red Cross. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in managing regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and records management in FDA and internationally regulated industries.

R Diane Earp is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Regulatory Affairs and Organizational Leadership at The George Washington University from 2021 to 2023. R Diane previously obtained a Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology from Western Carolina University.
