Justina Weber is an experienced mental health professional currently serving as the Outpatient Services Manager at Research Psychiatric Center since July 2021. Justina has previously held positions at HCA Healthcare as a Team Supervisor and Crisis Clinician from May 2018 to April 2022, and at Research Psychiatric Center as a Social Services Clinician and Mental Health Technician between August 2012 and May 2018. Justina also contributed as a volunteer with Court Appointed Special Advocates for Children from December 2015 to December 2017 and completed a practicum at The Transgender Institute in 2013. Justina holds a Master’s degree in Professional Mental Health Counseling from Webster University (2012-2014) and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Criminology from Missouri State University (2010-2012).
