Felix Beyers is a postdoctoral researcher at the Forschungsinstitut für Nachhaltigkeit (RIFS) since December 2021, focusing on transformative mindsets and spaces. Previously, Felix undertook a PhD and served as a lecturer at Leuphana Universität Lüneburg from November 2017 to August 2022, where responsibilities included teaching a seminar on sustainability challenges in global value chains. Additional experience includes a freelance project assistant role at adelphi for the Circular Textiles Symposium, and an internship at Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH, where support was provided for EU research and innovation funding projects. Felix also contributed as a project assistant for Youthinkgreen on youth consumer change initiatives and worked as a student assistant in a project analyzing educational measures for hospital staff. Felix holds a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Sciences from Leuphana University of Lüneburg and a Master of Science in Environmental Studies and Sustainability Sciences from Lund University.
