Baillie Buchanan has worked in a variety of roles in the marketing and research industries. In 2003, they began as a Sales and Marketing Intern at The Club at Snoqualmie Ridge (Golf Course). In 2004, they became a Marketing Intern at the Seattle Thunderbirds Hockey Club. In 2005, they were an Inside Sales Account Executive at GMI (Global Market Insite, Inc.), where they were responsible for new client development for the entire European territory. From 2007 to 2011, they were an Account Executive and Senior Account Director at Peanut Labs. In 2010, they were a Director-At-Large at the Market Research Association. In 2015, they co-founded SaySo Rewards. Most recently, they were Co-Founder, COO/CPO at Research For Good Inc., where they enabled human understanding through their active data acquisition platform.
Baillie Buchanan has a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies and Communications from the University of Washington, which they obtained between 2001 and 2005. Baillie also attended Issaquah High School from 1997 to 2001. In addition, they have obtained certifications from the University of Georgia's Master of Marketing Research Program, including Working with Secondary Data: Syndicated and Big Data in October 2018, Introduction to Data Analysis in August 2018, and Ethical and Legal Issues in Market Research Certification in August 2018.
