Terry Sands serves as the Director of Corporate Engineering and Reliability at Resco Products, Inc. since April 2014, focusing on managing Project Engineers and overseeing Capital Projects across 11 global locations. Previous roles include Engineering Manager, supporting Capital Projects for ten North American plants, and Plant Engineer, managing large capital improvement projects. Prior experience includes positions at Linde Gas Therapeutics as a Manufacturing Support Engineer, Coltene Whaledent as a Quality Manager and Senior Project Manager, and The M.K. Morse Company as Production Scheduling and Inventory Control Manager and Senior Industrial Engineer. Early career experience includes leading the Manufacturing Engineering Department at Crystaloid Technologies. Terry Sands holds a BSMT degree in Machine/Process Design from The University of Akron.
