Charles (C.J.) Goodman possesses extensive experience in operational leadership, media creation, and team development. Currently serving as a Quality Assurance Coordinator and Site Supervisor at ResCare Community Living since May 2020, Charles manages site operations and a diverse team to improve efficiency and client satisfaction. Additionally, as the Owner and Content Creator of Good Shotzz Creative Content since January 2021, Charles leads a team in producing high-quality visual projects. Previously, as the Director of Sports Media and Marketing at Live Prep Nation, Charles focused on enhancing client branding strategies and media awareness. Charles also held the position of Senior Executive Search Consultant at Russ Hadick & Associates, Inc. between June 2016 and January 2017. A graduate of Wabash College, Charles earned a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communication and Rhetoric in 2010.
