James Hess has extensive experience in quality assurance and auditing within the railroad and coatings industries. Currently serving as the Internal AAR/FRA/BOE Auditor and Coating Compliance Manager at Rescar Companies since January 2013, James also holds a position as Quality Assurance Manager and NDT Technician at Rescar Inc since June 2008. Earlier in their career, James worked as a Painter at ACF from August 1989 to October 1991. James's educational background includes NACE CIP Level 3 certification from 2016, AAR Basic Auditor training in 2012, and multiple certifications from ASQ in 2009 and 2011, along with training from GE Inspection Technology in 2006 and completion of programs at Jeff Tech Trade School in the early 1980s.
