Mark Ludlow has extensive experience in software testing and quality assurance. Mark started their career in 2003 as a Software Engineer at Tucana Technologies and then worked as a Support Engineer at Ephox and Flight Centre. In 2006, they joined Auran as a Quality Assurance professional and later shifted to Ephox again, this time as a Support Engineer. In 2008, Mark became a Software Quality Engineer at Zap Technology and then worked as a Software Engineer at Digital Instinct from 2010 to 2014.

From 2014 to 2017, Mark worked as a QA Engineer at Ephox, where they managed and organized company-wide QA processes and implemented test automation tools and automated test suites. Mark also documented tutorials and user guides for tooling, processes, and platforms.

Mark then joined Redback Technologies as an Automation Tester, where they focused on designing, implementing, and maintaining UI tests for a web application. Mark also managed automated build and release servers and planned and designed automation for manual processes.

In 2018, Mark became a Developer In Test at Deswik, where they worked until 2020. Mark'sresponsibilities included developing and testing software solutions.

Currently, they work at ResApp Health as a Test Engineer, responsible for mobile test automation, release test planning and execution (both manual and automated), and regular testing to meet regulatory requirements.

Mark Ludlow attended The University of Queensland from 1999 to 2003, where they completed their Bachelor of Software Engineering degree. No specific field of study was mentioned.
