Gabriel Raffensperger is a seasoned civil engineer with extensive management experience in the construction industry. Currently serving as the Regional Manager for South Central America at Grupo Resansil since February 2023, Gabriel previously held the position of General Manager at Resansil CR from October 2013 to August 2023. Earlier roles include Ing Residente at SBC Costa Rica and Civil Engineer Advisor at Grupo Santa Barbara Costa Rica, as well as Resident Engineer at Grupo Vargas 2000, where responsibilities focused on overseeing various civil construction projects. Gabriel holds a degree in Civil Engineering, specializing in the maintenance of civil works, from Universidad Nueva Esparta, completed in 2006.
