Pavlo Gagauz has a diverse work experience in various fields. Pavlo started their career in 2003 at Enpromsys as a Design Engineer and Strength Analyst. Pavlo then worked at Aeroengineering in 2006 in a similar role. In the same year, they also joined National Aerospace University as an Assistant Professor until 2010. Following that, they continued their career at the university as an Associate Professor from 2011 to 2021, where they conducted research in design, strength, and fracture of composite structures and joints. In 2019, they joined Requestum as a Data Science and Computer Vision Engineer.

Pavlo Gagauz attended the National Aerospace University - 'Kharkiv Aviation Institute' from 1997 to 2003, where they pursued a Master's degree in Design and Manufacturing of Composite Structures. Subsequently, from 2003 to 2006, they continued their education at the same university and obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Aircraft design, manufacturing, and testing.
