Pablo Pumarino Delgado has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as Founder & CTO at Reqlut in 2017. There, they were responsible for the technological aspects of the company, including the development and maintenance of infrastructure and applications. Pablo also co-founded Getcursos.com, an educational website, where they served as Founder & CTO in 2017. At PC Factory, the leading technology retailer in Chile, they worked as an IT Project Engineer from 2015 to 2017, focusing on projects and enhancing the company's ERP functionalities. Pablo was also part of the innovation committee and played a key role in forming alliances and expanding product lines. Prior to that, they worked as an IT Consultant and Project Manager at Kr Consulting, specializing in business intelligence projects for large companies in Chile. Pablo gained international work experience in 2012 by working in unskilled positions in Sydney, Australia. Pablo also completed an internship at Sonda in 2011 and participated in a specialty project at Fundación San José. Their career began at CETIUC, the Information Technology Studies Center at the Catholic University of Chile, where they worked as an Analyst in the Research Department, contributing to various projects and studies.

Pablo Pumarino Delgado pursued their undergraduate studies from 2006 to 2011 at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. During this period, they obtained a degree in Ingeniería Civil Industrial with a specialization in Tecnologías de la Información.
