Martin Henrichsen is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in sales, marketing, and management within the banking and investment sectors. As a Co-Founder of REQ Capital since December 2020, Martin previously held a pivotal role at Privat for a brief period in late 2020. From August 2011 to October 2020, Martin served as the Head of Sales and Marketing at ODIN Forvaltning, following a tenure as Bank Manager at SpareBank 1 from August 2009 to August 2011 and as Bank Manager at SpareBank 1 SR-Bank from 1999 to 2009. Martin's educational background includes multiple master's degrees from BI Norwegian Business School and a bachelor's degree in economics from the University of Stavanger.
