Natalie Arch has a varied work experience that spans across different industries and roles. Natalie started their career as an Academic Coordinator at inlingua Quito, where they managed communication between teachers, clients, and administration and interviewed potential Foreign Language teachers. Natalie then worked as a Human Resources Intern at Voices For Children Foundation, supporting the executive team in structuring and defining hiring processes. Natalie also screened resumes and evaluated applicant qualifications. Natalie then transitioned to become a Full Time Graduate Student at Universitat de València.
