Yahya Fahad is a dynamic professional with extensive experience in brand development and customer engagement. Currently serving as a Senior Brand Development Officer at Nestle Bangladesh since May 2019, Yahya has successfully led and managed channel and distribution plans, contributing to the organization's growth. Previously, Yahya held roles as a Senior Territory Officer and Territory Officer within the same company. Yahya's career began at X Solutions Ltd. as a Customer Engagement Officer (Trainee), where responsibilities included addressing customer queries via digital social media platforms. Academically, Yahya holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration from the University of Dhaka, alongside a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting & Information Systems from the same institution, and foundational qualifications in business studies from Notre Dame College and Ideal School & College.
