Nikhila Srinivas is a skilled professional with experience in impact project management and environmental planning. Currently serving as a Senior Impact Projects Associate at rePurpose Global since July 2021, Nikhila has progressed through various roles, including Impact Projects Associate and Impact Projects Intern within the same organization. Previous internship experiences include roles at Sphere India, where Nikhila contributed to meaningful projects for a brief period in May 2021, and at the National Institute of Urban Management, assisting on significant initiatives such as the Comprehensive Waste Management Policy for Telangana and unauthorized development mapping. Early work experience includes summer internships at TRISHA INFRACON PROJECTS and SUSWADEEP AGRO SERVICES, focusing on structural design and construction scheduling, respectively. Nikhila holds a Master's degree in Environmental Planning and Management from the School of Planning & Architecture Vijaywada and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from VNR Vignanajyothi Institute of Engineering & Technology.
