Joshua Graef has extensive experience in software engineering and management, currently serving as Engineering Manager at Republic since October 2022, where leadership includes the implementation of the Republic Wallet. Previous roles include Senior Software Engineer at UDisc, Product Lead and Senior Software Developer at Differential, and Head Coach at Viking Aquatic Club. Joshua also contributed significantly as Lead Software Engineer and Cofounder at Graef Ventures, and as a Software Engineer at Teledyne LeCroy, where a complete graphical user interface was designed and developed for a next-generation product. Early career experiences include contracting roles at MicroFirst and LeCroy Corporation, along with an internship at LeCroy Corporation and a tech position at mophie. Educational qualifications include a BS in Software Engineering from Champlain College and coursework at University College Dublin.
