Brenda Glaser currently serves as a Paraprofessional at Republic School District since August 2016, complementing extensive experience in quality control and labor roles. Brenda has been a Quality Auditor at Regal Beloit since January 2005, focusing on auditing machinery and operator processes to ensure top-quality products through the use of standard work instructions and SPC Charts. Prior to this, Brenda worked as a Laborer at GE from April 1978 to December 2004. Brenda holds an Associate of Arts degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from Ozarks Technical Community College, obtained between 2014 and 2016, and completed high school education at Kickapoo High School from 1972 to 1976.
