Jamie Turpen has a diverse work experience in the wine and spirits industry. Starting in 2005, they worked as a Sales Representative and later became a District Manager at Gallo Sales Company. In 2007, they became an Area Manager, overseeing a team of District Managers and controlling over 300 accounts. In 2009, they joined E&J Gallo Winery as a Field Marketing Manager. From 2012 to 2015, they held various management positions at Gallo Sales Company, including Division Sales Manager and Gallo Affiliate Project Manager. In 2015, they returned to E. & J. Gallo Winery as an Area Manager of Spirits, overseeing distribution partnerships in California and Nevada. They later became Director of Sales, California, managing a team and driving sales across the state. Their most recent role is Director of Sales, CA at Republic National Distributing Company, starting in 2023.

Jamie Turpen obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of California, Davis in the years 2000-2004. Additionally, Jamie Turpen has certifications as a Certified Specialist of Spirits (CSS) and a Certified Specialist of Wine (CSW) from the Society of Wine Educators, obtained in 2011 and 2008 respectively.
