Leo Hackenberg has a diverse work experience. Leo began their career in 2006 as a Peer Mentor at Lander University. From 2006 to 2012, Leo was the Co-Owner and Sales Manager at Hackenberg and Sons Rare Books, where they successfully grew the business, managed inventory, and established a strong customer base. In 2012, they joined Score Marketing as an Account Manager, responsible for new customer acquisitions and expanding into new markets. Leo then joined Republic Finance in 2013, starting as a Branch Manager III, where they managed a large portfolio and increased it by over $1 million. Currently, Leo holds the position of Regional Vice President of Operations at Republic Finance.

Leo Hackenberg attended Lander University from 2004 to 2009, where they obtained a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing/Management. Leo also earned a Bachelor's degree in Small Business Administration/Management during their time at Lander University.
