Robert Spake is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in litigation and compliance. Currently serving as Senior Director of Litigation and Senior Litigation Counsel at Republic since August 2023, Robert also holds the position of Chief Compliance Officer at Republic Capital since January 2024. Prior experience includes a role as a Shareholder and Associate at Polsinelli PC from February 2013 to December 2022, and as an Associate at Weil Gotshal and Manges from October 2008 to February 2013. Robert began their legal career as a Law Clerk at the Delaware Court of Chancery from August 2007 to August 2008, following a summer associate position at Jenner & Block in June 2006. Educational qualifications include a Juris Doctor from Washington and Lee University School of Law (2004-2007) and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Washington and Lee University (1999-2003).
