V. Gordon Julien has extensive experience in the banking sector, currently serving as General Manager of Corporate Services at Republic Bank since November 2019, overseeing Finance and Treasury, Operations, Risk Management, and Compliance across six islands in the Eastern Caribbean and St. Maarten. Prior to this role, Julien held multiple positions at Scotiabank from March 2004 to November 2019, including Country Manager for St. Lucia, St. Kitts and Nevis, and Antigua, as well as Senior Manager for both Barbados and Compliance. Julien's career also includes experience as a Senior Bank Examiner at the Eastern Caribbean Central Bank from July 1996 to February 2004. Julien holds a Master of Science in Financial Management from SOAS University of London and a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Accounting from the University of the West Indies, Cave Hill Campus.
