Kiran Ramlakhan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and IT governance, currently serving as the Manager of the Portfolio Management Office at Republic Bank since November 2012. In this role, Kiran oversees the project portfolio, executive reporting, and project prioritization and selection processes, while also managing budgeting and project management methodology. Previous positions at Republic Bank include managing project execution and IT governance, as well as leading a data management team. Kiran began a career in software development at Commnett Caribbean and Industrial Plant Services Limited, contributing to various project implementations across different sectors. Kiran holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Missouri-Columbia and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Studies and Management from the University of the West Indies.
