Juriaan Poncelin De Raucourt is an experienced Senior Project Manager with a focus on regulatory and organizational evolution in the public education and legal sectors, currently leading projects at Office cantonal des systèmes d'information et du numérique (OCSIN) since 2022. Previously, Juriaan managed significant system overhaul projects for the Etat de Vaud and served as an IT Consultant at the World Intellectual Property Organization.
