Matteo Pellegrini is a seasoned strength and conditioning coach with experience across various youth and elite teams, currently serving Hockey Club Lugano as a Strength and Conditioning Coach for U20-Elite and U17-Elite. Additional roles include Sports Teacher at Comune di Capriasca, Health and Performance Specialist at iiiMotion, and Personal Trainer at Matteo Pellegrini • Health & Performance and Malcafit Centro Wellness. Matteo has also held positions as a Substitute Teacher for Repubblica e Cantone Ticino and previously worked with Hockey Club Ambrì Piotta and IHC Capolago Flyers. An internship as a Sports Physiologist at Bundesamt für Sport BASPO contributed to expertise in performance diagnostics and research in sports physiology. Matteo is a former bobsleigh athlete with academic qualifications in Sport Sciences from the University of Lausanne, holding both a Master's and Bachelor's degree.
