Paola Sarmiento Andrade is a seasoned professional in network security and project management, currently serving as Ingeniera senior network security - Jefe de servicio at Repsol since March 2024. Prior to this role, Paola was a Senior consultant at S21sec from March 2023 to February 2024. From September 2015 to December 2022, Paola worked at CCD - Compañía de Ciberseguridad y Defensa, where responsibilities included leading projects, defining and monitoring KPIs, and overseeing implementations in engineering. Early career roles included Ingeniera Especialista and Ingeniera de proyectos, focusing on the implementation and support of cybersecurity and networking solutions. Paola holds a Master’s degree in Business Information Technology from Universidad de Los Andes (2019-2021) and a Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana (2010-2015).
