Leona Williams has a diverse work experience spanning different roles in the human resources field. Leona most recently served as the Director of Human Resources at Reprise since May 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Microsoft as the Manager of HR Integration & Talent Development for Xandr - A Microsoft Company from June 2022 to May 2023. Before joining Microsoft, Leona held various positions at Xandr, starting as the HR Project/Program Manager from February 2020 to March 2022, and then transitioning to the Manager of HR Integration & Talent Development from March 2022 to December 2022. Additionally, they have experience at clypd, inc. as an HR Generalist & Manager of Office Operations from November 2014 to June 2018, and at Taxware, A Sovos Compliance Company as a Compliance: Notice Analyst from August 2013 to November 2014.

Leona Williams earned an Associate's Degree from Hesston College in 2008. Leona then went on to complete their Bachelor of Arts in Cross Cultural Studies at Palm Beach Atlantic University from 2009 to 2011.
