Louis Haut-Prokop has extensive experience in operations and human resources management, currently serving as the Operations & HR Manager at re:power since August 2010. Responsibilities include organizational effectiveness, staff engagement, benefits administration, facilities management, and IT implementation. Previous roles at re:power include Grassroots Giving Manager, Development and O.E. Manager, and Operations and Development Manager, focusing on donor stewardship, development operations, and board engagement. Louis additionally worked as Executive Administrator at HUGE Theater and held board membership at Cycles For Change, contributing to community sustainability through cycling advocacy. Prior experience also includes positions as Executive Assistant and Office Manager at Wellstone Action. Louis holds a Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts from the University of Iowa and has pursued studies at Hamline University and Metro State University.
