Matt White is an experienced technology professional with a strong background in infrastructure engineering and software development. Currently serving as the Lead Infrastructure Engineer at Cloudant/IBM since July 2013, Matt also owns Repository Hosting LLC, a small SaaS company that provides hosting for version control systems and project management tools. Previously, Matt held positions including Systems Engineer at Brightcove and CTO at Kahala Code Factory, where Matt developed secure document management services using Ruby on Rails and maintained deployments on Amazon Web Services. Earlier roles include Director of Research and Development at NuWave Technologies and consulting work from 2008 to 2009. Matt holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, earned between 1998 and 2002.
