Dojranka Anastasovska-Cvetkovska is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Replek since May 2022, Dojranka has previously held strategic HR roles, including HR Manager at TAV Macedonia and Plant Human Resources Manager at Adient. Additional positions include roles at CQU Melbourne as a Social Ambassador and HR Manager at Johnson Controls, complemented by a significant tenure at EVN Macedonia as a Human Resources Business Partner. Dojranka has contributed to the development and implementation of numerous HR projects, managed recruitment processes, and liaised with external partners.
