Tim Drescher has a diverse work experience. Tim started working as a Sales Associate at ACE Hardware in August 2014 and continued in this role until September 2021. In September 2017, they also began working as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at Moorman Laboratory, where they focused on studying motivation and executive function through neural systems using rats. As part of this role, Tim was the lead researcher on a miniscope project, which involved building miniature fluorescence microscopes, performing surgeries, and conducting in vivo calcium imaging on neurons in the M2 region of the brain in rats. Tim's most recent work experience is as a Research Associate at Repertoire Immune Medicines, starting from September 2021.

Tim Drescher attended the University of Massachusetts Amherst from 2016 to 2020. During this time, they completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology, with a focus on a general field of study.
