Bryson Grant has a diverse work experience, starting from 2012 when they worked as a Sales Representative for Caltronics Business Systems until January 2017. In 2017, they became a Boy's Volleyball Coach at Capital Christian School, a role they held until May 2020. From June 2018 to August 2019, Bryson worked as a Staff Services Analyst at the Employment Development Department. Following this, they worked as an Associate Governmental Program Analyst at the same company from August 2019 to October 2021. Bryson'smost recent position is at Repcor, where they are currently employed as an Inside Sales Operations professional, starting in October 2021.

Bryson Grant obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology/Business Administration from Azusa Pacific University. Bryson attended the university from 2007 to 2011.
