Claudia Lovelace has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Claudia began their career as an Assistant Manager & Head Baker at Gigi's Cupcakes Franchise in 2012 and worked there until 2015. From 2015 to 2017, they served as an Assistant Spa Director at The Mountain Top at Desert Mountain Club. In 2017, Claudia became a Guest Services Manager at Life Time - Healthy Way of Life for a brief period. Later that year, they transitioned to a role as a Technical Recruiter at Experis/Manpower Group, focusing on Information Technology. Claudia then joined Early Warning® in 2019 as a Senior Technical Recruiter, where they contributed to creating the future of payments with Zelle®. In 2021, they became a Senior Recruiter for REPAY - Realtime Electronic Payments, responsible for talent acquisition. Claudia'sskills and experience led to their promotion to Team Lead, Talent Acquisition, and eventually, they assumed the role of Lead Talent Business Partner in 2023.

Claudia Lovelace obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business & Corporate Communications from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University in 2017. Claudia also received a certification as a Certified Applied Business Data Analyst from the same institution.
